The Love Performing Arts Center is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Paid Memberships for IRL and /or Online Live Classes
If you save your card on file when purchasing, it will automatically be billed every 4 weeks. If you would like to receive an invoice 7 days before your membership expires and pay it manually, simply do not choose the option to store your card on file.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Love Performing Arts Center and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
